In August 2025, Suzhou Invotech Scroll Technologies Co., Ltd. was honored to participate in the “ASEAN-CHINA INNOVATIVE ECONOMIC FORUM 2025 Climate Investment and Green Enterprise: Exploring Growth Potential through Regional Green Synergy”.

Against the backdrop of deepening regional cooperation and accelerating green transformation, this high-level forum brought together distinguished guests from ASEAN governments, research institutions, and leading enterprises, including Mr. Shi Zhongjun, Secretary-General of the China-ASEAN Center, Mr. Supachai Pathumnakul, Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation of Thailand, Mr. Paisan Rupanichkij, Deputy Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Thailand, Ms. Armida Salsiah Alisiahbana, Executive Secretary of the United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific (UNESCAP), and Mr. Zhao Mengtao, Counselor of the Embassy of the People's Republic of China in Thailand. Participants engaged in in-depth discussions on cutting-edge practices and future opportunities for sustainable development.

At the forum, Invotech submitted a paper titled “Regional Green Collaborative Growth and Innovation Pathways for Scroll Compressors” and was invited to join the special panel discussion “Building Zero-Carbon Factories and Industrial Parks.” Representing the HVAC and refrigeration industry, the company shared its mission, development journey, and perspectives on energy efficiency, decarbonization, technology innovation, and industrial collaboration.
Since its founding, Invotech has upheld the mission of “Driving a Low-Carbon Future through Innovation.” Headquartered in China with a global vision, the company provides high-efficiency, energy-saving scroll compressor solutions widely applied in HVAC, cold chain logistics, and renewable energy utilization. In recent years, Invotech has actively responded to China’s “dual carbon” targets, pursuing full-chain energy savings and carbon reduction—from product innovation to manufacturing operations.
Building Zero-Carbon Factories: From Vision to Action

During the panel, Invotech highlighted that achieving a zero-carbon factory is not a one-time effort, but a journey requiring continuous investment, process upgrades, and digital management. The company has implemented energy-saving retrofits, smart manufacturing, and renewable energy adoption, building a “solar PV + energy storage + waste heat recovery” integrated low-carbon factory. This system significantly reduces carbon emissions per unit of product.
In addition, when investing in its new plant in Thailand, Invotech embedded green principles at the design stage, aiming to make it a benchmark for zero-carbon manufacturing in the region.
Regional Collaboration and Supply Chain Synergy
Invotech emphasized that zero-carbon transformation requires more than the efforts of a single enterprise—it demands synergy across the entire supply chain. From sourcing low-carbon materials, developing green logistics networks, and co-designing efficiency goals with customers, to working with governments to establish mandatory performance standards, Invotech is committed to building truly collaborative “zero-carbon industrial parks.”
Making Every Unit More Efficient, Every Kilowatt More Valuable
As a technology leader in scroll compressors for over 15 years, Invotech believes that “technology defines efficiency standards.” Compressors are the “heart” of HVAC and refrigeration systems, and their performance directly impacts the carbon footprint of the entire value chain.
At the forum, the company shared several successful practices:
· High-efficiency variable-speed scroll compressors are deployed in thousands of supermarkets across the ASEAN region. By dynamically adjusting speed to real-time load, they cut energy consumption by about 30% compared to fixed-speed models.
· EVI (Enhanced Vapor Injection) high-efficiency heat pump compressors are widely used in northern China’s clean heating projects. Even in extreme cold climates, they deliver reliable heating, replacing coal boilers and providing warm, comfortable, and clean environments for homes, hotels, and schools.
· Ultra-high condensing temperature compressors show strong potential in industrial waste heat recovery and boiler replacement. They enable traditional high-energy-consuming industries to achieve greener upgrades and improve overall efficiency.
Future Outlook
Southeast Asia is one of the world’s fastest-growing regions for cooling demand. However, in many areas, reliance on single-source energy results in higher carbon intensity in cooling systems. At the same time, sectors such as heat pumps and cold chain logistics are experiencing explosive growth—bringing both challenges and unprecedented opportunities for regional green cooperation.

Invotech stressed that green development is not only a responsibility in addressing climate change but also a pathway to building long-term competitiveness. Looking ahead, the company will continue to advance energy-saving compressor technologies and strengthen collaboration with regional partners, jointly exploring the potential for coordinated green growth between China and ASEAN.
