In order to meet the market demand for medium and large cold room compressors, Invotech has officially launched the YF-V series of big-displacement LBP freezing scroll compressors with EVI to the market in November 2023. Three new models were released this time: YF200E1G-V100, YF170E1G-V100, YF135E1G-V100, with 30HP, 25HP and 20HP respectively.
Adhering to the traditional technical advantages of Invotech scroll compressor, YF-V series products optimized and verified reliability for LBP freezing application, improve main line subcooling through the support of mature EVI technology and secondary condenser heat exchange, get greater enthalpy difference and provide more cooling capacity when evaporating in evaporator after throttle.

01、Based on the mature 246 cylinder diameter platform design, dual channel discharge check valve patent design, reduce the under compression loss under high pressure ratio conditions, improve energy efficiency; and take discharge port flow area and valve reliability into account.
02、with support of EVI technology, increase capacity 40% and efficiency 30% at LBP rated condition, achieve setting temperature rapidly.。
03、Scroll automatic oil supply technology, increase oil supply during low refrigerant mass flow condition, ensure lubrication and improve reliability.
04、External protection module, motor phase protection, phase sequence protection, overheat protection, ensure motor safe and operate normally in all conditions. With fault storage and warning functions to make it easier for failure analysis, and provide IP54 safety class protection for compressor, effective waterproof and dustproof to cope with outdoor environment.

06、Discharge temperature control. With discharge temperature sensor, combined with EVI control board, effectively control the discharge temperature (60~110℃ can be set).
